Delivery integration tools for restaurants, with Deliverect, Chowly and Checkmate side by side
Facts come from our listings and our POS integrations map, which links each integration to an official source. Check each vendor for current pricing. Updated 2026-10-20.
The problem: tablet chaos
- Too many tablets. Each delivery app has its own device, its own alerts and its own place to accept orders.
- Re-keying orders. Staff copy delivery orders into the POS by hand, which takes time during a rush and leads to typos and missed modifiers.
- Menu sync. When you 86 an item or change a price, you have to update every app separately, or customers order things you can't make.

Delivery menu pricing tips
- Work out your real cost per order, including the marketplace commission and your integration tool fee, before you set delivery prices.
- Many operators price delivery menus a bit higher than dine-in to cover commissions. Check each platform's rules about price parity first.
- Keep the delivery menu shorter. Drop items that travel badly or slow the line.
- Price modifiers and add-ons too, so extras aren't given away free.
- Use menu sync so price changes and 86'd items reach every app at once.
FAQ
Do I need a delivery integration tool if my POS has direct integrations?
Not always. If your POS connects directly to the delivery apps you use and syncs menus well, a middleware tool may add cost without much benefit. These tools help most when you run several delivery apps, several locations, or a POS without the direct connection you need. Check your POS's integration list and each vendor's site before deciding.
What does a delivery integration tool do?
It sends orders from apps like Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub into your POS, so staff don't re-key them from separate tablets. Some also publish and sync your menu to those platforms.
How much do Deliverect, Chowly and Checkmate cost?
None of the three publishes pricing in our listings. Ask each vendor for a quote based on your locations and delivery channels.
